As we have stated
throughout this web site, Crystal Airways plans to provide
our guests with levels of comfort and service that surpass
anything they have seen in a long, long while in domestic
air travel service. Ask yourself, when was the last
time you saw and airline truthfully using the words
"comfort" or "service" when describing their flights?
Not only does Crystal Airways believe in providing
unequaled value and quality service, we also believe in
surrounding ambiance. We have not only focused on
the issue of legroom, but we have also focused on elbow
room and headroom. We focused our attention, not
only on the larger issues of aircraft types and routes
flown, but also on the little details in creating our
"Boardroom of the Skies".
Our vision of the airline
experience begins when you walk in the terminal and up to
our ticket counter. Friendly, customer-oriented
personnel will be available to assist you every step of
the way to expedite your transit with hassle-free service.
Once you have passed through the security check, you may
enter our boarding lounge, complete with complementary
coffee service and light snacks available and generous,
comfortable seating. There is no need to purchase
costly airline club memberships, like with other airlines,
merely to endure more of the same surly treatment that you
receive from the rest of that airline's staff.
Crystal Airways' club is available, free-of-charge, for
our guests flying that day (just show your ticket or
boarding pass when entering the club)! Of course,
our clubs are staffed by more of the same friendly people
that you have already encountered.
In line with our vision of
the airline experience,
Mr. Abel Lopez, President of our
designated design firm, Multi-Design Associates of Dallas,
Texas, has created a rendering of our unique interiors.
Since pictures speak a thousand words, we will let Mr.

Once on board the aircraft,
you will be surrounded by rich, high-gloss rosewood and
brushed brass accented sidewall panels, indirect lighting
and blue skies overhead (courtesy of our unique,
computer-controlled overhead lighting system). Luxuriously
comfortable carpet cradles your feet as you walk towards
your assigned seat which is tastefully trimmed in leather
with a soft fabric inset for maximum comfort. The
internal width of each seat is an unbelievable 21 inches
and actually reclines a maximum of
35 degrees. Each seat will be equipped with In-Flight
Entertainment systems, offering a variety of audio and
video selections, including LiveTV® programming.
Additionally, each seat will have a lap-top computer power outlet
and access to a high-speed Internet connection.
Once airborne, you can recline your seatback, raise your footrest and enjoy
our Crystal Class service.
If
your flight is over three hours or more in length, and near normal
breakfast, lunch or dinner times, you will be treated to one of several
menu choices (your preference is made at the time you reserve your flight).
For breakfast flights, we are exploring the ability to provide freshly-made
Eggs Benedict, made-to-order omelettes and other such appetizing fare.
Lunches and dinners begin with sumptuous appetizers, move on to a generous tossed
salad or Caesar salad and then on to the main entrees
such as Filet Mignon, London broil, Chicken Kiev, or Garlic
Shrimp over Pasta, just to name a few. After your
meal, indulge yourself in one of our tempting desserts
and/or one of our gourmet coffee selections including
varietal coffees such as Costa Rican Peaberry, a robust
espresso, cappuccino or enjoy one of our many fine liqueurs.
After that, kick back, relax and continue to enjoy our
vast In-Flight Entertainment audio and video programming,
or use the convenient lap-top power outlet and fine-tune
that business presentation or work on last minute reports.
All the while, our courteous and friendly Flight Attendants
will be available to cater to your particular needs.
Lastly,
if you have forgotten something, our on-board Concierge
will attempt to rectify the situation for you. Once
in range of your destination, our cabin staff will relay
pertinent information to the arrival station personnel
in order to enable them to assist you with on-line or
interline airline connections, transportation to area
hotels and even aide with rental cars. You arrive
at your destination relaxed and refreshed and ready to
take on the challenges of your business day. When
was the last time you felt that way on any other airline?
This will be true door-to-door service with a smile, each
