Position: Aircraft Dispatcher
Location: Tampa, Florida
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess Aircraft Dispatchers license;
  • College degree preferred;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 91, 119, 121;
  • Able to read and write English fluently;
  • Typing ability or keyboard skills;
  • Must be able to verbally communicate effectively via two-way radio and/or telephone;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening.

Position: Crew Scheduler/Flight Follower
Location: Tampa, Florida
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous airline experience or other applicable aviation background required;
  • Must possess strong mathematical skills with college level courses;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 91, 119, 121;
  • Able to read and write English fluently;
  • Typing ability or keyboard skills;
  • Knowledge of standard PC software (Word, Excel, Access, etc);
  • Must have a professional phone manner and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening.

Position: Ground Service Agent
Location: Airport Locations System-wide
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Able to read and write English fluently;
  • Well groomed and physically fit;
  • Ability to effectively verbally communicate face-to-face and via two-way radio, phone and Public Address systems;
  • Typing ability or keyboard skills;
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors;
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively;
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop often;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime;
  • Valid in-state drivers license; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening.

Position: Flight Attendant
Location: At this time, Tampa, Florida is the only crew base.
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Able to read and write English fluently; bilingual skills encouraged, but not required;
  • Well groomed and physically fit;
  • Ability to effectively verbally communicate face-to-face and via Public Address systems;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening.

Position: Reservations Agent

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Able to read and write English fluently; bilingual skills encouraged, but not required;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to type and/or use computer keyboard;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass a Company-mandated pre-employment and post-employment, random drug screenings.

Position: Maintenance Department
Location: Airport Locations System-wide
General Qualifications and Requirements:

Note: Some maintenance department positions require additional skills, licenses and/or training qualifications.  Contact the department head for a complete listing of additional requirements.

  • Possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant license;
  • At least 18 years old;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Able to read and write English fluently;
  • Good communication skills - written, verbal and radio;
  • Ability to type and/or use computer keyboard;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb bend, kneel, crawl and stoop frequently in confined spaces;
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record and ability to drive tugs and hangar equipment;
  • Ability to taxi aircraft;
  • Must have tools required to perform routine aircraft maintenance;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screenings.

Position: Pilot
Location: At this time, Tampa, Florida is the only crew base.
Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a valid U.S. FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate;
  • Must be at least 23 years of age at the time of hire;
  • 4,000 hours total as the Pilot-in-Command, as defined in FAR Part 1;
  • Must possess a current FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate;
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform Act of 1986;
  • Able to read and write English fluently;
  • Good communication skills - written, verbal and radio;
  • Graduation for an accredited, four-year college preferred;
  • Available to work shifts, weekends, nights, holidays and overtime; and
  • Pass FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screenings.
Pilots with a U.S. Type Rating on Boeing B-757/B-767 are preferred.
